My Human Nature professor started our first class by saying
this. But he is right… well kind of. There were more than 7 trillion different
genetic combinations that our parents could have ended up with. That makes me
one of 7 trillion different possible children that my parents could have ended
up with. I say they were pretty lucky J
Realizing that you have a greater chance of winning the lottery than being
born, was a major eye opener for me. We are each are 100 percent special and
unique. Life is truly as amazing and precious as people say.
